The purpose of the Christian Education Committee is:
To provide opportunities to study the Bible and other literature
to help enhance Christian spiritual growth, to encourage self-study and prayer, and help individuals use their gifts/talents
in service.
Areas of committee responsibility:
- Provide adult education classes and children's classes as necessary
or appropriate.
- Provide mid-week educational opportunities such as bible studies,
book discussions, special topics or events.
- Provide special studies for high holy seasons in cooperation with
Pastor and Worship Committee.
- Provide age-appropriate children's packets for visiting children
during worship service.
- Make Christian growth materials available to the entire congregation
on a regular basis.
